web design penrith
Web design for Penrith,
without the CBD invoice.
Most of the agencies bidding for Penrith work are in the city, quoting city rates to cover city overheads. We're a Sydney studio that builds the same standard of website and prices it on the work, not the postcode. Rebuilds start at $690 +GST with the number agreed in writing before anything starts.

what actually wins work out here
Your customer is on a phone,
looking at a map.
Penrith runs on trades, services and local retail, and almost none of those jobs start with someone browsing a website. They start with "electrician near me", a map with three businesses on it, and a thumb. The website's job is to be the thing that makes yours the one they tap, and then to make calling you take one press.
The map pack decides first
Three businesses get shown before anyone scrolls. That placement comes from your Google Business Profile, your reviews and whether your details match everywhere Google sees them. We set the profile and the site up together, because one without the other doesn't work.
Speed on mobile data
Your customer isn't on the office wifi, they're standing in a driveway. A site that takes five seconds to appear has already lost to the one that took one. We build lean and test on real phone connections, not just a desktop score.
One press to call
A tap-to-call number in the header, a form that actually delivers, and no contact page that hides behind a menu. We check the email lands in your inbox rather than a junk folder, because a form that shows "success" and quietly loses the lead is worse than no form.
the local shift nobody's website mentions
The airport changes
who's searching for you.
Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek started freight flights in July 2026 and takes its first passengers on 25 October 2026. For a Penrith business that means new competitors moving into the corridor, new commercial work in the aerotropolis, and a lot of people searching for local suppliers who have never heard of you. The businesses that get found in that shift are the ones whose website already answers the question before it's asked.
Say what you actually do
A page per service, in the words customers use, not a single "Services" page listing nine things in a paragraph. That's what lets you rank for the specific job rather than competing for one generic term against everyone.
Say where you actually go
Nobody serves "Sydney". You serve a radius. Name the suburbs you'll drive to and you win the searches that convert, while losing the calls from the ones you won't.
Be readable by AI too
More customers now ask an AI assistant for a recommendation and never see a results page. Being quotable by those engines is a different job from ranking, and we've written up how it works.
what we build for Nepean businesses
Trades, services,
and the firms behind them.
Trade and service sites
Electricians, plumbers, builders, landscapers, mechanics. Service pages that rank, a gallery of real jobs, and a quote form that reaches you the minute it's sent.
Rebuilds of tired sites
If it was built five years ago, isn't mobile-friendly and nobody has the login, that's a normal Tuesday. We recover what we can, rebuild the rest and carry the rankings across with proper redirects. From $690 +GST.
Professional and commercial
Accountants, brokers, clinics, industrial suppliers. Sites that look like a business worth trusting with money, and stay fast as they grow.
Local SEO that keeps going
The build is the start. Monthly plans that keep the profile fed, the reviews coming and the rankings climbing start at $390 +GST a month with no lock-in.

We host and watch
what we build.
We're the web studio inside Alien IT Solutions, so the same people who design your site also host it, secure it, monitor it and work on its rankings. We run our own servers and our own live network of sites, which is why we can tell you whether a problem is your website, your host or your domain, instead of forwarding you to a support queue.

good to know
Penrith questions.
How much does a website cost in Penrith?
Rebuilding an existing site starts at $690 +GST for a one-pager, $1,490 for a business site and $2,490 for a larger build, with a fixed written quote before work starts. A brand new site is quoted on scope. There's no Penrith price and a separate city price, because it's the same work either way. What drives the number, in detail.
Do I need a web designer physically in Penrith?
Not for the build, which happens the same way wherever the developer sits. What matters locally is whether they understand your customers are searching "near me" and picking from a map, and whether they'll still answer the phone in two years. We're Sydney based and can meet in person in the Nepean when a job warrants it.
Will my website show up for Penrith searches?
That's mostly a Google Business Profile job, and the profile and the site have to agree. Your name, address and phone need to match everywhere Google finds them, the profile needs categories and real photos, and the site needs a page about the service the person typed. We set all three up together, because a beautiful site with a neglected profile still loses the map pack.
My old developer has gone quiet. Can you take over?
Yes, and it's common. We check who actually controls the domain first, because that's the one asset that's genuinely hard to recover if it was registered in someone else's name. Then we audit the site, tell you whether to repair or rebuild, and move it onto hosting you can see into.
Do you work with businesses outside Penrith?
Yes, all over Sydney and beyond. If you're up the highway, we have a page for the Blue Mountains too, where the job is genuinely different.
