It's optional with every plan, and it's recommended, so we fully understand your business before we optimise a word of it. Sydney metro we do in person; everywhere else, a video walkthrough. No other Australian agency we checked publishes a named onboarding fee; the cheap end of the market hides it in lock-in terms instead.

Why publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because monthly SEO is predictable enough to price honestly, and hiding the number behind a sales call only serves the agency. The prices here are the prices. Website rebuilds have published starting prices too; only full custom builds vary enough that we quote them individually.
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and AIO?
SEO gets you found on Google: rankings, the local map pack, your Google Business Profile. AEO (answer engine optimisation) gets you quoted when ChatGPT or Perplexity answer a question in your field. AIO is the umbrella job: making your whole site legible to AI systems, including Google's AI Overviews, through crawler access, llms.txt and structured data.
Do I actually need AI search optimisation yet?
It's early, and anyone selling it as a magic bullet is selling snake oil. But your customers are already asking ChatGPT for recommendations, and the groundwork is cheap to do now: the same clean structure and plain answers that AI engines quote also help your normal Google rankings. That's why we bundle the AEO basics into every package instead of selling them as a premium add-on.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Everything is month to month and you can stop any month. SEO compounds over a few months, so we'd rather you stay because the reports show it's working, not because a contract says you have to.
What is the $199 onboarding survey?
A one-off visit before your first month starts: we come out to you, walk the business, and survey your site, your market and your competition. Are the prices plus GST?
Yes, all prices are plus GST, invoiced monthly, with no setup fees. The AI Search Audit and the onboarding survey are one-off invoices.
Can you do this on a site you didn't build?
Yes. We audit your current site, fix what's holding it back, and improve it from there. If the site itself is the problem, we'll tell you honestly rather than pour your money into a broken foundation.
