Two Wix pages.
Now first in Katoomba.

Aidan Dunn has been looking after Upper Mountains homes since 2016. When we met him he had a two page Wix site, a Google listing that was offline, and three domain names all pointing at Wix. Nine days after his new site went live he was number one on the Google map for "plumber katoomba". Three weeks in, he is number one for "gas fitter katoomba" as well.

the brief

A licensed tradesman,
invisible to his own town.

Aidan had the business working. Five licensed trades, a clean compliance record, and customers who leave five star reviews. What he did not have was anything online that told Google any of it.

what we did

Every trade he holds,
on a page of its own.

the result

First for both of
his trades, in three weeks.

Map positions checked live from Katoomba on 20 September 2026. Search figures read from his own Google Search Console, covering the 22 days of data that exist so far. These are small-business numbers, read from his own accounts rather than estimated.

"I wish I found him years ago" Aidan's own words, left as a public Google review of Alien Web Design on 1 September 2026, three days after launch: "Angus goes over and above to ensure that you're back online and good to go. We had issues with our Socials and Back end Systems Online. He worked around the clock to get us operational again. Alien is an affordable and Great Service. I wish I found him years ago."

the proof

The map his customers
actually tap.

When a pipe bursts you do not scroll. You tap the first name on the map and ring it. Three weeks after launch that first name is Aidan's, above the nine other plumbing businesses on that map.

Recreated from the live Google map for "plumber katoomba", searched from Katoomba on 20 September 2026. First place, three weeks after launch. The same search on "gas fitter katoomba" returns him first as well.

He already had the reputation. It just had nowhere to land. Aidan earned that 5.0 rating from his own customers long before we met him, and it sat there doing nothing while his listing was offline and his website was two pages. Our job was to make a reputation he had already built legible to Google, then give it somewhere to send people.

why it works

A trade site earns its place
on the day it goes live.

A plumbing customer is not browsing. Something is leaking and they want a licensed local who picks up. So we built the site for that one moment: his trade and his town in the heading, the licence number on the first screen, the phone number within reach on every page, and a page per job so someone searching "blocked drain Leura" lands on the answer rather than a homepage. Get that right and a small local business holds first place above firms carrying more than double his reviews.
